My Services

What is neurodivergent coaching?

Neurodivergent coaching is built for you—centered on your experiences, needs, and goals.

As a neurodivergent coach, I don’t see you as “disorganized” or “unmotivated.” You’re creative, resourceful, and capable. The problem isn’t you—it’s that the world wasn’t built for brains like ours.

My job isn’t to “fix” you. Instead, I help you:
Understand how your brain works—so you can stop blaming yourself.
Build structure that actually supports you—without forcing rigid systems that don’t fit.
Create self-trust—so you can move forward with confidence, not shame.

Together, we’ll work on things like organization, time management, prioritization, and self-awareness—but in ways that actually work for you.

Some practical ways in which I support you:

  • Creating structure that actually works for you

  • Gentle accountability & support

  • Job searching & career navigation

  • Managing tasks like homework, bills, and admin work

  • Finding ways to make time management work for your brain

  • Understanding yourself & your needs without shame

  • Making decisions when everything feels overwhelming

  • Defining goals that align with who you are

What does ‘neurodivergent’ mean?

Neurodivergent describes people whose brains function differently from what’s considered “typical.”

This includes ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other ways of thinking and processing the world.

Neurodivergence isn’t good or bad—it just is. It shapes how people experience emotions, attention, learning, and problem-solving.

Some neurodivergent people also have conditions like learning disabilities, OCD, Tourette’s, or anxiety, but these are not the same as neurodivergence itself.

Neurodivergent strengths vary, but may include:

  • Thinking in unconventional, creative ways

  • Deep focus on topics of interest

  • Strong pattern recognition and attention to detail

  • Unique problem-solving approaches

  • Specialized skills in music, art, technology, or science

  • Intuitive emotional awareness and empathy

Neurodivergence isn’t about having “superpowers” or struggling all the time—it’s just a different way of being.
