who i am

I’m Ian (he/they), a queer neurodivergent weirdo who received an ADHD diagnosis in my mid-30s.

The revelation that I am different, instead of broken, was like pressing the reset button on life.

So many things that were impossible for my entire life, like budgeting, planning, self-regulation, body movement, and task work became easier simply because I had the language and context to describe what was happening in my mind, body, and heart.

In early 2024, while earning my TCN Travel Coaching certification, I began coaching neurodivergent individuals on everything from applying to jobs to finding work-life balance to taking solo international trips.

My previous experience in mentorship and tutoring finally clicked upon receiving my diagnosis and realizing that so many others struggle in the same ways I have.

I’m currently located in Portland, OR after living in the midwest for most of my life.
