HOW I COACH

virtual coaching

All coaching sessions are virtual. You’ll receive a secure link for our video call, or if you prefer, we can chat by phone.

In-person sessions may be available in Portland, OR on a case-by-case basis.

ADHD can cost you—literally. Studies estimate that missed appointments, forgotten fees, and unused subscriptions add up to as much as $10,000 a year.

Sometimes, you just need someone there while you knock out the little things—scheduling a doctor’s appointment, paying a bill, or submitting an insurance claim. Small tasks that pile up fast.

In these virtual sessions (50 or 25 minutes), we’ll sit together and get through the annoying stuff—without the struggle.

text support

Text support is available for clients who have booked four or more calls. It’s a way to get support between sessions—whether you need encouragement, accountability, or a reminder that you’re not in this alone.

  • Available Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time

  • Response within 24 hours

travel coaching

Travel coaching is about more than planning a trip—it’s about making travel work for your brain. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a month abroad, the right support can help you feel rested, grounded, and enriched.

How I help:

  • Budgeting without stress

  • Itinerary planning that balances structure & spontaneity

  • Clarifying values & purpose for your trip

  • Celebrating the experience, not just checking boxes

  • Navigating post-trip re-entry

I especially encourage solo travel as a powerful tool for growth. With plenty of personal experience, I know the right support can make all the difference.
